Steven B. Geduldig, DPM
Dr. Geduldig grew up in Long Island, NY. He got his undergraduate degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 1975. He began his career in podiatry in Chicago, attending the Illinois College of Podiatric medicine where he graduated in 1980.
After graduation, Dr. Geduldig did his surgical residency at Edward A Hines VA Hospital in Hines, IL. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric surgery and has been published in the Journal of American Podiatry Association.
In 1981, Dr. Geduldig moved to the Kansas City Metropolitan. He started Foot Specialists in 1983 and since then it has expanded to it's current three locations. Dr. Geduldig practices at our Lenexa and Olathe offices.
Dr. Geduldig likes to spend time with his family on the weekends and loves to travel. He is an avid tennis player and rides his bicycle every weekend.
James R. Kuhn, DPM
Dr. Jim Kuhn has been in practice for almost 25 years, and is known for his caring manner and careful, patient-centered medical approach. Consistently listed in online patient feedback reports as a top podiatrist in the Kansas City Metro area, Dr. Kuhn treats a variety of foot disorders and specializes in diabetic care and surgical procedures. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and accepts most insurance plans.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine (Now Temple Medical School), Dr. Kuhn completed his surgical residency training at Metropolitan Springfield Hospital near Philadelphia, where he received the “Best Surgical Resident” award. He began his college career at SUNY at Buffalo, in New York as an engineering major, but realized that medicine was for him and ultimately obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
Dr. Kuhn is married to his high school sweetheart and has two children. He enjoys traveling, hiking and skiing and is an avid photographer whose photos grace his office walls. He is active in his church, and enjoys working out when he can find the time.
Heidi C. Hagen, DPM
Dr. Heidi Hagen grew up in the Kansas City Metropolitan, graduating from Raytown High School in 1981. She attended Wichita State University as a Division 1 Softball scholar athlete.
She began her career as a podiatrist after graduating from Des Moines University with a Bachelor of Science and a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 1989. Because she was in the top 15% of her class, she was inducted into the Pi Delta National Society Iowa Chapter.
After graduation, Dr. Hagen completed her podiatric medical residency at Metropolitan Mt. Sinai Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota focusing on forefoot surgery and office clinicals. She became Board Certified in Foot Surgery in 1994.
Before joining Foot Specialists of Kansas City, P.A. in 1998, Dr. Hagen had been practicing in Mt. Clemons, Michigan. Before the birth of her daughters, she returned to the Kansas City Metro.
Dr. Hagen’s hobbies revolve around her daughters’ activities. Her younger daughter is very active in high school and club volleyball and her older daughter is a musical theater performer. Dr. Hagen loves watching both of her daughters in their various activities. She also enjoys the outdoors, walking her dogs and church activities.
